We have developed an holistic training system that enhances mental resilience, physical fitness, and personal development for individuals, particularly student athletes, scholars, and young professionals. This Is aimed at positively impacting the next generation with the necessary tools to excel. This will be realized through molding disciplined, high-performing individuals through structured coaching and digital innovation.

Our Story

Mind Body Personality® was developed through educative process, our coaches are highly educated, and experienced professional sports coaches, with a strong track record of motivating and inspiring scholars, developing athletes, and building competitive teams at the youth levels. With a passion for sports and a commitment to continuous learning, Mind Body Personality® combines academic excellence with practical coaching expertise to deliver impactful leadership on and off the court, field, and pitch. As the founder and coach, I have a background in sports and analytics, I hold a bachelor’s/master’s degree in Business Analytics, and various licenses and certifications in sports broadcasting, soccer analytics, physical education, and health & wellness. I have coached various organized groups at the secondary, tertiary, and collegiate levels, in different sports and have created organized travel teams that have competed in the CDYSL league. I hold both a USSF F Soccer license, and USSF G Soccer license, and have worked closely as a Soccer analyst with EPL, and collegiate teams.

At the Doctoral level, I have conducted various clinical research studies in sports and wellness, and currently completing my dissertation in philosophy, leadership, management, and analytics in sports and wellness.

Mind Body Personality® emphasizes the direct relationship between the mind, body, and how that translates to our personality. We promote a sound mind and have worked with athletes at various stages of development, fostering both technical growth and character development, which has translated to their successful professional careers.
